20+ Years of Experience

Founded in 2005 by Hakan and Nilgün Kavur, the estate was established with a long-term vision: to cultivate exceptional vineyards and produce wines of authenticity, balance, and elegance.

Today, that vision continues through the next generation, combining respect for tradition with a modern approach to viticulture and winemaking.

THE VINEYARD

Our vineyards benefit from the unique microclimate of the Gallipoli Peninsula: planted on sloping terrain, where constant sea breezes, mineral-rich soils, and a long growing season create ideal conditions for producing expressive, terroir-driven wines.

We cultivate four classic French varieties: Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Viognier.

Every bottle represents our commitment to craftsmanship, sustainability, and patience— from vineyard to cellar. We believe great wines are not rushed; they are shaped by nature, refined over time, and made to be shared.

THE WINERY

Our winery is located 13 km from our vineyards, in Evreşe. Built from locally sourced stone, the celler naturally regulates temperature and humidity, creating ideal conditions for both winemaking and ageing.

Gravity-flow system, allows grapes and wine to move gently through the production process.

Every grape is harvest by hand, carefully sorted, and transported to the winery. Following fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks, selected wines mature in French oak barrels, where time brings balance, elegance and complexity.
